This apartment complex provides 90 units of affordable housing built on approximately 48,000 square feet land. The project includes three three-story apartment buildings, a two-story apartment building and a two-story community center. The structures all utilize economical wood framing construction; including roof trusses, wood I-joists, wood bearing walls, shear walls, and shallow concrete foundations. Construction was completed in 2020.
